    Shipping took 18 days to get to HI via USPS Ground Advantage (zone8). Package arrived intact with slight damage to exterior corner/edges of shipping box. Items inside were not damage and packaged well. All the items were accounted for and slight damage to flip out visual screen was as described in sellers description. Camcorder worked when plugged in. I haven't used the batteries or tried to charge them so I'm unsure if they still hold charge. Overall I am very satisfied. Seller recommended.
