After receiving the incorrect item, I reached out to the seller and gave her an opportunity to make it right. She did not. Instead, she inconvenienced me further by insisting that I go to the post office and return the incorrect item, which I did. However, she then ghosted me/ceased communication and never sent me the item I actually ordered, which she should have done right away. This seller is a mess. I was told to block bidder and was given all the steps to do it from eBay. Buyer received a full refund!
