After receiving the incorrect item, I reached out to the seller and gave her an opportunity to make it right. She did not. Instead, she inconvenienced me further by insisting that I go to the post office and return the incorrect item, which I did. However, she then ghosted me/ceased communication and never sent me the item I actually ordered, which she should have done right away. This seller is a mess. I was told to block bidder and was given all the steps to do it from eBay. Buyer received a full refund! All I did was *repeatedly* ask this seller to do the right thing - by sending me the item I ordered (as any other business would) or a new listing for it. I get that we all make mistakes, but what this seller fails to recognize is that it’s *her* responsibility to correct her own mistakes! And just to be clear, I have received no reprimand from eBay.
