Not sure how it happened because it was in the little plastic box & cushioned by super soft toilet paper. But in addition to the damaged crystals, the little info sticker had been dislodged & had shimmied to the top of the specimen?! I know that mail carriers are incredibly rough with packages, but seriously?!? The seller was AWESOME & automatically refunded me before she even wrote back! NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
