    The item was shipped promptly, but a postal strike in Canada combined with the difficulty in tracking the shipment once it left the U.K. had me wondering if it had been lost in the mail. The item did finally arrive today, about a month after it was shipped. I do not blame the seller since they could not have predicted a postal strike would happen here in Canada. The pen was packaged well and is as described. I am pleased with my purchase. A good pen for a good price.

    The cd came in a nice package that was wrapped perfectly!!!!! The conduction was as it says in the listing, brand new. There was free shipping on this order and only around 14 dollars which I thought was good value. The best thing about this was the customer service, the people who were messaging me after I had an inquiry were super nice and helpful with me.
