    The seller accidentally sent me the same model of the item I purchased but in much different (worse) condition - from listing photos, the UPC codes on the box were completely different so the wrong one was sent to me. BUT it was an honest mistake, it happens sometimes - and this seller was honest and offered a full refund for the trouble. I would buy from them again because they took care of me as a customer, and these things happen because we are human. Thank you :)
