I also ordered Bat Out of Hell 1 in the same order it seems to be working fine! I asked seller for refund of cost of one cassette tape and shipping cost for one cassette and import charges partial credit these cassettes cost me around 38 dollars Canadian so it’s unfortunate that one was defective! Unplayable! I also asked seller for replacement rather than refund
