- a***m (1622)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseNote that with the disk wipe program these guys use you will have to initialize it with a windows install DVD or USB stick. I couldn't get past the disc wipe notification on the drive when trying to use samsung disk copy software to image my old drive. The customer service folks have no access to their tech guys who wiped the drives, so they were essentially useless for troubleshooting and just said to return the drive. It took a while to get it to format properly, but in the end it worked.
