- b***i (157)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseNOT THE SELLER'S FAULT but the CD did not arrive. The Seller and myself engaged in good and friendly communication and were able to resolve the issue. Again, it is not the Sellers fault. I did recommend that maybe they could think about offering the buyer a choice of postage options and prices. Buyers willing to pay for tracking would then have peace of mind. Those who want free delivery can take their chances. I will use this seller again as the hiccup was out of their hands.
- h***i (560)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI m very pleased with my purchase of the Vest Workshops book. Item was new as described. Excellent postage, packaging and delivery. Excellent value. I would use this seller again. Thank you.
- e***a (1212)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseAVOID THIS SELLER - item described as 'hardback' but was sent a paperback copy - when I complained I was told that the hardback edition was never issued (not true) and that the paperback was hard to locate (not true). Looking at the feedback I'm not the first person to have experienced this so it's not an innocent mistake but a deliberate policy by this seller. I recommend you don't buy anything from them. They did ask me to send item back for a refund but don't trust them enough to do that.Reply from: bookwanderers- Feedback replied by seller bookwanderers.- Feedback replied by seller bookwanderers.Hi there, we manage over a million titles and most come from suppliers. We upload their data in bulk, so mistakes can happen, though never intentionally. Please note you are never charged for return postage—both shipping and returns are our loss. If errors were deliberate, we would only harm our business and reputation. We apologise for any mistake and truly value your understanding and support.
