Seller does not except returns thus forcing buyer to pay either way. Shipping company expects payment in full & in person with driver. Unfortunately it was a Diamond Monster Fusion card... it does have 16MB. It similar to a Voodoo Banshee. I will use it for the time being because I do play retro Windows 9x games.
