    The item was advertised as "new in the box OEM part". When I opened the box, the valve had hand markings on it from what looks to me like a marker. I suspected the part had been sent out before, possibly installed, but ultimately returned. I asked the vendor to respond to my concerns. They replied the markings were most likely from the factory. I disagreed. I asked for a refund and it has been granted. The vendor was responsive. The part did not meet my expectations
