    This was unfortunately the fault of Royal Mail, yet again, I have tracking for both cards and the replacement was even sent 1st class, still both cards are showing as undelivered by Royal Mail :( very upsetting and I am not at blame for this. Luckily my customer was very understanding :)

    Really lovely card - looks and feels very good quality. Seller incredibly kind and helpful, and I got a personalised card for less than some shops charge for a generic one.
