The camera glitches when i put it in reverse, changed the camera, same thing. Contacted them and they asked me to update Zlink, i don’t understand how they connect but okay, i obliged. Turns out the upgrade button is blacked out on my unit, so i can’t update the Zlink. The microphone doesn’t work, even with the external mic. They told me to open up the unit and unsolder the inbuilt microphone, only then will the
