We had concerns when we first powered the unit up as it smoked, this may have been an insect as the unit eventually powered up. When we got on site and tried the unit it would not communicate with the Variable Speed Drive and would therefore not control the compressor. We have wasted a lot of money on our engineer's visit and HAVE LOST FACE WITH OUR CUSTOMER - these units are not the same as the original ones they look like

The unit does not communicate with the variable speed drive so the compressor cannot be run with this unit. Kiki told me to trust him that the unit would work, so I sent my engineer over to Gibraltar (a 4 hour flight) and neither unit would work, the two units had differences in the set up though they were both for the same compressor. Kiki could not advise the correct set up so our visit was wasted and we have LOST FACE with our customer.
