Functional and approximately as described, but with a bit more damage than described: specifically, the thin metal on the top of the HP 11C has been impacted or otherwise bent, leaving the case squeaking when pressure is applied to the top left of the display (as though case has separated a bit in that corner) -- this is more than just "minor scuffs" in my opinion. Not a huge deal for my application, but affects value and should have been disclosed in my opinion.
