I have experience with setting up and using this type of equipment, so I do know how to properly connect it. I contacted the seller to try to rectify this situation, he was rude and called me a "liar" and accused me of trying to scam him. He did not give any help, he ghosted me, then I was forwarded to ebay who would not give me a return address, they just asked for my credit info.
