I ship the item through UPS via Dubai. Because of incomplete address, shipment is return then I ship the item again on 2nd October. Estimated Delivery time is within 7oct to 22oct. But buyer behavior is so immature, because custom fee and taxes policy is implemented by Buyer Country. Ebay will handle it. I have all shipping proof as well. One more, customer open the return case, even he didn't receive the item still. Today's date is 5th October.
