Apple sent a update to it and of course I updated the iPod touch 7th generation. Once it said update complete, I hit continue and ended up on a screen which is now lock and this company won't unlock the iPod touch 7th generation. If you're not going to sell unlock products, I don't think you sell anything at all, because now i feel like I got scammed out of my money

However, when I charged it up and tried to open it, I was blocked by a screen that stated my iPod was administered by Oklahoma State University. When I Googled with the question of what to do, I concluded that I could do nothing to sort this out. The iPod was sent by mistake, so I am returning it for a full refund.
