    The plate was received in 5 big chunks of glass and a lot of little slivers. It was packaged in butcher's paper but there was no bubble wrap or extra wrapping to stabilize the item inside the box. The box was crushed on top so its understandable how the item got damaged. Shipping time was fine and it was the correct item although broken. Seller responded quickly, referring me to ebay to refund me. Ebay sent a return label which after a call to Customer Service, got cancelled and my item refunded
