Item condition exactly as described - except for the fact that it is not adjustable (it has an adjustable strap, but it is just for looks and does not actually adjust the size) but it fits me regardless so I do not mind. It is exactly what I was picturing and looks even better than the photos, for the cost I think that it is perfect!
