They put the book into shipping the same day, lovingly bubble-wrapped it, put that in a protective envelope, wrapped that in packing paper, filled a box with packing peanuts, and suspended the book in the middle, so it wasn't touching any sides. Book was promised "like new," and that's how I got it! The book, which is hard to find, was also very reasonably priced. I give this seller my highest possible recommendation!
