The person(s) that run the Japan-Lucky account were very communicative as well. There was unfortunately a shipping error on the carrier’s side, but the seller and I dealt with the issue quickly. Other than that, the shipping speed was very quick! The item also came well packaged and protected in the box. Very pleased with the whole experience!
