Of course it was broken, due to the shippers carelessness and no fault of my own. I contacted Dsuzukistore, sent a photo of the bag and the broken dish and requested a refund. I was told that I must ship the item back, even though it was evident that it had been shipped unprotected. This means a trip to the UPS store. On top of that, it took them three tries to send me a shipping label that was printable. Terrible waste of time.
