    I ordered a BLACK toner cartridge; they delivered a YELLOW toner cartridge. Despite my two messages to the supplier I received no response. So I claimed a refund via eBay. I will not order from CMYK Technology again, and recommend that you avoid them as well. (I note that other reviewers have made similar comments about CMYK Technology's lack of response to customer concerns.)
