However, the UPS label says New York, AND under that label is a CUSTOMS DECLARATION label! Meaning this listing is fraudulent! The disc is in PAL format - UK? There is no mention in the listing that it's PAL format. PAL does NOT play on a Region 1 (USA) DVD player. I specifically use the search filter "Item location-USA only" on eBay. PAL disc has scratches & pitting - is trash, listing says 4XVG = very good.

Not expected for what is considered a book that is in "very good" condition. I got a refund but because they have more of these in stock asked if I could get another. Seems to be a big deal for them to do that. I had to ask the same thing at least twice when finally I get an answer that once there is a refund nothing they can do. That is not true, disappointing.
