    I won an antique waffle iron by submitting an offer. Upon arrival I found it had been painted black. Upon removing the paint in an electrolysis tank, I discovered one paddle was cracked. Many damaged items are painted to conceal issues. When sending pictures and simply asking if the seller knew it was painted or had painted it, I received a reply "I'm not playing this game". I did not ask for a refund and have made over 2300 purchases on ebay and have never received such a rude reply.

    Buyer received item at 10:23am 10/11/25. Buyer contacted me same day at 6:09pm claiming he had completed an electrolysis process on the item that takes 24-48 hours to complete. I knew buyer outright lied because that process takes 24-48 hrs. to complete. His pics of said item were not of the item I sent him. Buyer refuses to take advantage of my FREE 30 day return & refund policy. Buyer is using negative feedback to illicit a refund and keep item at the same time and has been reported to Ebay.
