The jacket arrived very well packaged (surprising), and when I opened the professional packaging, I was greeted with a stiff wax jacket. This is normal, and you just need to wear it a bit to get the creases in, and create a wearable jacket. Immediately when you open it, just crinkle it into a ball in multiple directions and folds, and it’ll start to crease and the wax will soften.
