For $36 dollars shipping the model should come in a stronger box and the box only had bubble wrap around it. The instructions missing is frustrating. When you go to print the image sent for the instruction the quality printing out is hard to read. I have bought around 7 models from this company at least 5 had no instructions. Wish they would double check this before sending out.
