Have tried virtually everything, using tech videos, Microsoft Support, etc. My opinion is, Sellers should not be selling these items if there is no certainty whatsoever they can be loaded on a Windows machine w/o completely wiping the hard drive first. You shouldn't have to do this to upgrade your Windows O.S. If Insurance covers, maybe OK. Unsure. Would prefer refund.
