They were compliant until I actually sent it Back to them. It Cost 15$ to send and They said they'd Reimburse me. They left it sitting for a week until I contacted them. They "Fixed" it and Sent it back. It now has a Bit broken on the front, and The Lights don't turn on all the way. They never Reimbursed me. This Process lasted 3 months, as I Bought this in July and Concluded in September.Reply from: pixel-threads- Feedback replied by seller pixel-threads.- Feedback replied by seller pixel-threads.We replaced the item right away and we send them a retuyrn label which they never used and we never claimed to reimburse return shipping . Also we found out that the item has been switched by the buyer ..yet we sent them another item and it works 100% .Some buyer cant be satisfed. Sellers beware this is a HASSLE buyer
