It was packaged well yet it arrived damaged. The lid was cracked all the way through in two places and the hinges and opening tab were twisted. When I contacted the seller he said it wasn't sent out like that and nothing in shipping could have caused that kind of damage. He also said it's as if I pulled the hardware myself I should file for a refund. just nasty overall experience
