    regulator is as described and looks like its good quality shipping with DHL not very good kinda not sellers falt except for using DHL in the first place it took 9 days too come tracking is a waste of time didnt get anything but tracking number for the first 4 days then i contacted seller and it jast said " in transit " every hour that day then nothing till today when it finally delivered usps would have took 4 days for the same trip
