They seem to believe that the eBay returns process is how to deal with a warranty repair; however, that's only to be used for a return for refund. I have had pleasant exchanges with the buyer, and I assured her that we would take care of any issues with the PC. I am shocked and saddened to see this feedback. I've reached out to the buyer again.
