They got in touch with the other customer and said they would send me the correct monitor. After a week of them not responding, I tried to message them on a different account on which they promptly replied. This i escalated it to Ebay and their idea of making things right was to finally give me a refund and allow me to keep the junk monitor that I have zero desire to keep. Stay Away!
