    I don't know who their shipping partner is but they had my package almost two weeks before dropping it off to the post office. That is totally unacceptable. I contacted them July 8th. asking if my package actually shipped. The only response was yes and here is the tracking number. Just because there is a tracking number does not mean the package went anywhere. If you people were doing your jobs, I would have had it before the 4th. of July. Do better or you will not be in business long.

    Bad experience with customer service. Had a shipping damage issue with USPS of course. The seller did respond when contacted about the issue. I sent multiple photos of the damaged and they kept asking for more and more photos with no resolution. So round and round we go. 15 dollars is not worth continuing to battle when obviously they didnt care about customer service. Will shop elsewhere.
