    bought a vase, it was stated clearly in the description that it is 10", when I got it, the biggest measurement i can get is 7.5", contacted the seller , they offered 10 dollars refund, which is laughable, I,m not a seller , so im not versed in packing vases so they wont be damaged during shipping, so thats not an option for me..
