It is the only thing that treats my particular form of psoriasis. It clears almost 100% of the lumps on my scalp in just one use. Two treatments and it’s completely cleared. The shampoo has a nice scent and produces lots of lather. It’s not the easiest to use as it’s quite runny, but once you get the hang of it it’s okay. I recommend this to anyone with a scalp condition that doesn’t clear up with traditional methods
