Have changed the steering settings in the app and doesn't seem to change. I am 85 and have put over 7,000 miles on my old Segway but went to the emergency room the first time I rode this one. FedEx wants $2,000 to return an item that cost $1,600 in the first place. Item shipped out of California, can't understand why we can't return to California.
