What I received was a Joy-con that would not hold onto the switch consol. I asked for a partial refund due to this; however I was told no. I was told to return them if I wanted a refund. However, this item is a complete sham and is not as described. Do not buy.Reply from: games_equipment_time- Feedback replied by seller games_equipment_time.- Feedback replied by seller games_equipment_time.Buyer demanded $40 or threatened negative feedback (feedback extortion) and said they’d fake a return to keep item & refund (policy violation). Item was fully functional as described; claimed defect does not affect use. I offered free repair or full return/refund. Buyer refused and left false, retaliatory feedback. This review and buyer have been reported to eBay, and I expect this review to be removed in short order.
