Initially I was gaslighted...telling me it was my fault for using the wrong battery. Then silence. I followed up again and got a response that a return ticket was being issued. A week later and no return ticket has been issued. I tried contacting the seller again, but now I'm just being ghosted. From reading other feedback, I'm not alone in this experience.
