All the advertised components were included just like they would be from the factory, although a few items had been open or perhaps dropped because the plastic covers on them were opened or ripped. I carefully inspected everything and I could not find any defects other than some like rust on a few Chrome binder bolts. That was easily removed with a little sandpaper and CLR. Overall this was a very good bargain. Thanks!
