Paid over $300 for this stuffed animal because it was unopened & complete with passport. seller was DISHONEST & will not work with me. Offered a $30 refund or return only. Waited 3 wks to receive for my daughters birthday with no time left to return & buy another. They were deceptive not only in the description but used a deceptive photo. Should be banned from eBay
