    The product was first class, exactly as advertised. Good quality and well packed. The problem was the courier, Evri. Item ordered on the 10th October, received at the Evri Hub on the 16th with tracking showing 'we've got it'. This is where it remained until on the 21st, with no action or movement from Evri by this date, I asked the seller to follow up with Evri, which they did promptly. Item arrived on the 23rd. So many thanks seller for your quick follow up.

    Dispatch didnt get off to the most definitive start. The courier wasnt quick to acknowledge receipt of the item and I was left in the dark at times. Not much to 'yodel' about. The seller appeared to communicate like a third party instead of directly to me as a customer. However, I am grateful for the opportunity to purchase the item at a cost effective price and it did eventually arrive. I appreciate delivery costs have to be competitive for any Seller, to achieve attractively low prices.
