I wish the seller would specify on the description that the bag can not be opened to change the filling content volume. It is sealed, it is very rigid and is not very usable. So, the seller assumes that most people will just keep the bag because they have to pay for return shipping. I will loose the money on the return, at least I'll get some money back and will not have a product that does not do its job.
