Seller claims it happened during transport, however, the box it came in showed no damage. So either they were packed as such or they had fallen out and were repackaged, which means they weren't properly packed in the first place. Seller claims no responsibility. They then asked us for a partial refund so they could keep the items. But because the items were handled by the eBay International Shipping Program, we were not able to accommodate that request—it's either full refund or none. The buyer then opted for none which was puzzling since they previously declared to us that the material was useless. And now this?
