When informed, I got a "good luck with that" dismissive response. I offered to try and get the battery replaced and was only asking for half of the repairs as a partial refund. This was also dismissed so I followed the return process. This user insulted my intelligence ("maybe you over-charged it") and my integrity ("you probably pulled a switcher-oo for all i know"). Now let me tell the people what really happened. I replied, No you can submit a return and receive a full refund. Turns out because it was an international sale he received the refund and got to keep the 15 year old iPod but still leaves negative feedback. What a miserable life this guy must live.
