Instead of placing it in a tube the width of the print, hey used two smaller tubes that were taped together in the middle. Thus, the tube was able to be bent during shipping resulting in a large bend/creese down the center of the print. I'm not sure if the damage can be resolved. This is very disappointing considering I spend $15.45 for shipping costs. Being new to eBay, I prematurely submitted my review prior to contacting the seller. The seller has since reached out to me and worked diligently to resolve this issue. I got scared. I went to a seller who ships machine parts and got extra heavy, large duty mailing rollers. Cost me more than buyers shipping cost. Buyer put negative feedback BEFORE notifying me of the shipping damage. I would have given full refund. I always try to make my customers satisfied and happy. I have no control over USPO mishandling of heavy duty mailing rollers.
