    This seller doesn’t stand by their product. The toniebox only works if it remains on the charger, but it’s an unstable connection and when shifted it resets and starts over so it’s unusable. The description stated it was in mint condition. Seller stated “we do not accept returns, we never have.” I requested a return through eBay anyhow and the seller has not responded and is making me wait to get eBay involved. Even if the sellers policy is no refunds, it’s eBay policy to refund defective items
