Before this transpired I contacted the manufacture and filled out their online warranty registration form. The manufacture responded via email and said they do NOT provide any warranty for their products purchased on eBay. I initiated a return with the seller who responded quickly and immediately provided a full refund. Good seller. Terrible product.
