Before I can return it, they want pictures of the item as "evidence " they have sent the wrong size. I did that, but now they're asking for the original plastic bag it came in. I work for a living, I do not have time to jump through hoops to fix a problem you caused. I will never do business with you again and will strongly suggest to anyone to stay far away from this company!!!

I wanted to take this jacket to South America since it would be cold in the mountains and even asked the seller to ship it sooner (I mentioned that I would even pay more) however I never heard back and was delivered after I left the country even though I ordered it on time. Jacket looks good though but I would not order again if it I wanted to expedite shipping.
